What is Yin Yoga?

Here's an introduction to Very Wendy's Yummy Yin class.  The benefits of yin are for your body and your mind.  Stretch deeply and hold poses for several minutes.

 

Relax into the pose, allow your ligaments to stretch and watch where your mind goes.  The ability to seperate yourself from your mind brings you a new found freedom, allowing for less reactivity and more flow in your life.  We hope to see you at the studio!
