About VeryWendy

Founder and Designer, Wendy DeFeudis, launched VeryWendy Designs and Promotions in 2002, setting new trends in social and business communications by combining a unique mix of style, art and fashion with creative promotions. Wendy combines more than fifteen years of fashion design and illustration, public relations and marketing experience to help clients achieve their communications objectives.

In 2004, Wendy created “VeryWendy’s Social Emergency Kit,” a collection of 20 different greeting cards for every social occasion. Recognizing the need to have greeting cards on hand, this unique product was recognized as the #1 trend product for 2006 and was featured in the leading greeting card trade publications, Gifts & Accessories Magazine and Greetings, Etc. The kit was also featured in W, Elle, InStyle, NY Daily News and Parenting Magazine. VeryWendy’s Social Emergency Kit was sold online at VeryWendy.com, in retail outlets throughout the country and at several on-line boutiques.

With a keen eye for fashion, style and trends, Wendy combines her artistic and business acumen to offer clients truly unique and creative ways to meet their goals.

Along with creative promotions and public relations, Wendy is an Artist for Hire at special events, creating one-of-a kind art on t-shirts, including watercolors and personalized fashion illustrations.

Prior to launching VeryWendy Designs, Wendy spent a year at Milan’s premier fashion university, Istituto Marangoni, studying with some of the world’s top fashion instructors. Before venturing to Italy, Wendy headed up her own public relations business, DeFeudis Communications, in Boston and New York.
